Since our products are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or buyer’s remorse. If your item is defective, misprinted or damaged, please contact us within 14 days after delivery: support@9to5bjj.com

We will arrange a replacement through our production partner Printful.


Digital Products:

For digital products (e.g. downloads, Notion templates, training plans) refunds are excluded, as access is provided instantly after purchase. By purchasing a digital product, you agree that the withdrawal right expires with the start of the download.
